Tag your it # 2
This is my second installment of Tag your it. I did another tag while I was playing with my new stamps and die's. I die cut this tag using a accucut die and then stamped it with a music background stamp and then sponged it with Tim Holtz distress ink. I stamped my ornaments and snowflakes and then edged them with the same distress ink. I layered everything with foam tape to add dimension. Then I added a touch of bling with some wine colored rhinestones.I love the vintage feel I got with this tag.
Take a little time for yourself I find I am a better person for it.

Tag your it #1
I made time to play in my craft room after finishing and sending out the door 4 wedding gowns this week!!!!!! I needed some Creative therapy.
JustRite had a Tag challenge and Stamp TV had Christmas so this should for both
I die cut my tag from some My Minds Eye 6 x 6 paper using an Accucut tag die.I then sponged the edges with Tim Holts distress ink. I stamped my ornament and embellishments with Momento ink on cream paper and die cut them with spellbinders dies.I wrapped a sheer wine ribbon around the tag and then added the layers of die cut ornaments and embellishments. It really dose not show up on the picture but I misted it with Goose Bumps shimmer texture spray. The finishing touch was to add some wine rhinestones.
Take time to play today it dose a soul good!

Lovely Hollyhocks
I have fond memories of Hollyhocks and my Grandma. The side of her garage was lined with beautiful Hollyhock, I love spending time with my Grandma she taught me so much and took the time to just do things with me,nothing special just just spend time.I wish we all could just slow down and spend more time with the ones we love.
Now on to my lovely yellow Hollyhock card. I used the hollyhock stamp from Raisin Boat called Bloom. It has several pretty flowers for all of you fans of coloring like me. I used prisma colored pencils and mineral spirits to blend them. I stamped the flowers with grey momento ink to soften the outline to give the flowers a softer look. The mat is embossed with a sizzix embossing folder. I added the pop of green with some clunny lace from Raisin Boat.
Why don't you head over to Raisin Boats Blog for so more inspiration and maybe enter your own card in their first Blog challenge
Take time to just spend time with someone you love today.
