Playing around with my stamp paint

  I wanted to see how well the 3-D Strmpel Farbe stamp paint paint would work with my stamps and I like it a lot. I used a sponge to lightly pounce the paint onto the stamp and then stamped the stamp onto the paper with an up and down motion,be careful not to twist or slid the stamp. I used
Joyful Love by Raisin Boat stamps randomly stamping the flouish designs on the card. I stamped the love medallion and die cut it with a spellbinders die as well as the scalloped gold mat. I added a sheer ribbon on the card and added the medallion on top of the cream stamped design onto the gold mat.
   I added some pictures to help you see what I did. The paint dries really fast and has a wonderful shimmer to it. It comes in lots of metallic colors.

Playing with my Heart die's

    I spent some time just cutting hearts from different papers and then played with layering them in different ways. I have always admired Lovely Linda Lucas and her spellbinder creations so I used her as a inspiration for some of the cards I made using my hearts. I am sharing 2 that I made but I am entering one of them in 2 challenges one is Mod Squad and the other is MFT sketch challenge.
   I used spellbinders dies Vines of passion and Lace Hearts and Annalee embossing folder from Couture creations for both cards and the red small hearts is a die from Top Dog dies, love is from paper smooches.
    I die cut the card with a accucut die and embossed the card front. The red hearts fit perfect in between the embossed design. I die cut the lace heart from some pretty aqua blue paper I had and the lace heart from cream.I cut the word love from the same red paper as the red heart stripe.I added a strip of the aqua blue paper under the scallops.
   The second card I used pearl paper and metallic paper.I love the way they look so elegant and it was so easy! I embossed the white pearl paper and then added a few dots of glitter pen by Viva to look like small flowers on the vine design. I layered the pink lace heart on the gold and then positioned the lace pink under at an angle.
   I hope you enjoy both cards and dig out your dies and your fancy pearly papers or play with some other color combo's like the aqua blue and red.

A simple black and cream valentine

 

   I wanted to play with the stamp set I have from Raisin Boat called Free as a bird.  I wanted to keep it simple so I embossed the bird and cages with a pewter embossing powder and die cut it with a fun heart die from Nellie they fit nice as this is a longer style heart. I then embossed the bottom of my card  that I had die cut with an accucut die and added a black print paper from my scraps. I cut a small stripe of silver paper and added a black washi tape on top to pull the silver out a bit.I die cut the word love with a paper smooches die. I added a small stripe of the black printed paper under the scallop and I was done. Not your traditional Valentine colors but I do like the simplicity and the elegant feel of this card.

Krafty and blue a great combination

 

Blue distress ink combined with Kraft paper make for a pretty combanation.I stamped the shabby music notes  from JustRite stamps on ivory paper with versa mark ink and them embossed it with white/ivory embossing powder. I cut around it with a deckled scissors to add to the vintage look I was after. I rubbed blue distresss ink all over and then edged it and added some spots of tea die distress ink.I attached it to a Kraft card front. I stamped the lace from Lace Medallion Labels stamp set for JustRite stamps on kraft card stock with versa mark ink and then embossed it with white/ivory embossing powder and ut it out and layered it on the bottom of the card cutting it to fit. I die cut the hearts from light blue printed card stock and then edged it with the tie die distress ink. I added the hearts on top of the lace raiseing on up with pop dots.
   This would be a wonderfull Wedding or Anniversary card or a love note to someone special.

Getting Krafty for a JustRite challenge take one

 

 I love a challenge it makes me get my creative juices flowing. I just got a new lace Medalion Labels stamp set from JustRite.  I stamped it with versa mark ink on Kraft paper and then embossed it with white/cream embossing powder. I cut out the medallions and then I die cut the Kraft mat with a spellbinders die.. I layered all of the pieces on the ivory card and added a little bling.It turned out so pretty.

Filled with love

  

This is such a fun stamp set from Raisin Boat  Called Cup of Flower It can be filled with hearts or smiles,or flowers.I filled the cup with hearts for Valentines day.It would also make a nice thinking of your or get well card.I colored it with Copic markers. I embossed the card front with a provo craft embossing folder. I then matted it with a grey and raspberry card stock.

Red filligree heart card

I love the pop of red in this card. I die cut the heart from Kraft and then the filigree overlay in red ( spellbinders die set). I added some red pearls to make it pop. I embossed half the card with an embossing folder and added a fun Kraft and white word paper on the bottom.( Bo Bunny) I added a stripe of red card stock to divid the 2 and a few more red pearls.
   I hope you find some time to play with your heart stamps and dies. It is good for your soul to play with hearts.

Baby stamp set for a Valentine card?

   I had been playing around with a baby stamp set from Raisin Boat called Loads of Love  and I saw the heart in there and played with it and came up with this fun card. I colored it with Copic markers and used a saying from Tree's Company it worked out so nice with this cute little bear.I embossed the top of the card with an embossing folder and the bottom is a printed paper from Cosmo Cricket.

Filled with love

I am having so much fun with the new Raisin Boat stamps I got. This is another card I made for the Raisin Boat Challenge  as well as Moxie Fabs Love challenge. Lucky me they are perfect for both.
This is again a simple fun card great for anyone special to you to say how much you love them.I stamped the sifter and hearts with momento ink and colored them with Copic markers. The stamp set is from Raisin Boat # 10238 Just add Love it has so many fun elements to add fun to your card making. I can not wait to play with this set some more!!!

Cup of Love

 This is a fun and simple card to give to someone special in your life.I love the face that it is gender neutral as well as kid friendly too. I stamped the cup and then the big pile of hearts on top ( Raisin Boat # 10239 Cup of Flowers) I colored them with copic markers and stamped things with Momento ink.I cut out the cup of hearts and attached them to the card above the saying with foam tape.
