JustRite challenge # 094 sketch take one

I finally have found some time to play in my craft room. I had stamped and colored these flowers months ago and am now making them into cards and I am using  a sketch for my designs for JustRite's challenge. I stamped the iris from Botanical Medallions and Banners onto water color paper and colored them with Faber- Castle water color pencils. I cut it out and used foam tape to attach it to the oval.I used a Spellbinders die to cut out the oval. I used my new JustRite background stamp Elegant Fronds ( so pretty!) for my side pieces, I also sponged the edges with the same lavender ink.I embossed the card front with a sizzix embossing folder.
I hope you can find some time to play with your stamps today too!

Beautiful card! Love the layout!

Your coloring of the flowers is too lovely! Great flower choice, too. Irises are so pretty!
